Every workshop is listed free. If you want more, here's what you can add. No contracts: listings run by calendar year, you get a reminder before they end, and auto-renewal is only on if you choose it.
Founding offer, through December 31, 2026
Instructor Profile, $19: join now and your profile runs the rest of 2026 plus all of 2027, and you keep the $19 rate for 2028.
Spotlight, $29 a month: book January, February, or March 2027 before December 31, 2026 and pay $29 instead of $39.

- Your name, workshop title, medium
- City and state, month and year
- Link to your website
- Shown in workshops by state and month
Instructor Profile
- Your own profile page, all year
- 1 photo (headshot or a painting)
- Bio, credentials, mediums, website
- Your student discount code
- Listed in the Instructors directory by region
Premium Profile
- Everything in the profile
- 6 photos: a gallery of your work
- "Featured Instructor" badge
- Always listed first in your region and in search
Workshop Spotlight
- One workshop at the top of the workshops pages and the home page
- Large banner image
- Only 4 spots a month, shown all month, never rotated
- Pick your month, pay, done. It ends on its own.
Questions
Do I have to renew? Only if you want to. Profiles run through December 31 of the year you paid for, and nothing is charged automatically unless you choose to. You'll get an email reminder in December. Prefer not to think about it? Tick the optional auto-renew box at signup, and turn it off anytime with your edit link.
Have a promo code? Enter it at checkout.
Can I change my profile later? Yes. After you pay, you get a private edit link to update your bio, photos, and discount code anytime. Lost it? Email us and we'll resend it.
Who runs Watercolor HQ? North American Watercolor, publisher of North American Watercolor Magazine. Payments are processed by Stripe.
