Watercolor HQ is run by North American Watercolor. This explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

If you submit a listing or buy a profile or Spotlight: your name, email, and the details and images you submit. Your email is never shown on the site. Payment is handled by Stripe, which receives your card details directly; we see only the payment confirmation.

If you just browse: basic, anonymous visit statistics (such as pages viewed) to understand what people use. We do not sell your information.

How we use it

To publish your listing, send your receipt and edit link, remind you before your listing ends, and answer your questions. We may also send occasional Watercolor HQ news to instructors who have a listing; every message has an unsubscribe link.

Sharing

We share information only with services that run the site (hosting, payments, email), and only as needed. Anything you choose to put on your public profile is public.

Your choices

You can update or remove your profile anytime with your edit link, or ask us to delete your information by emailing hello@watercolorhq.com.
