Watercolor HQ (watercolorhq.com) is run by North American Watercolor ("we"). By using the site or buying a listing, you agree to these terms.
Listings and information
We work to keep listings accurate, but dates, fees, and rules can change. Always confirm details with the society, show, or instructor before entering or registering. We are not responsible for events, shows, or workshops run by others.
Paid profiles and Spotlights
Instructor Profiles and Premium Profiles run through December 31 of the year purchased. Founding members who buy by December 31, 2026 are listed for the rest of 2026 and all of 2027, and may renew for 2028 at the 2027 price. Nothing renews or charges automatically unless you choose automatic renewal at checkout. If you do, your listing renews each January 1 at the price shown at checkout until you turn renewal off with your edit link; turn it off before January 1 and you will not be charged for the next year.
A Workshop Spotlight runs for the calendar month booked. There are 4 Spotlight spots per month. Spotlights and Premium placements are fixed for their period and do not rotate.
Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Your content
You are responsible for what you submit, including text, links, discount codes, and images. By uploading images you confirm you own them or have permission to use them, and you let us display them on Watercolor HQ and in our promotion of your listing. You can change or remove your content anytime with your edit link.
We may edit for length or format, and we may decline or remove content that is inaccurate, misleading, offensive, unrelated to watermedia, or infringes someone else's rights. If we remove paid content for breaking these terms, no refund is due.
Limits
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim related to a paid listing is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
