Refund Policy

Instructor Profiles and Premium Profiles: all sales are final. You can edit or remove your profile anytime with your edit link.

Workshop Spotlights: full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before your Spotlight month begins. After that, Spotlights are not refundable. If your workshop is canceled, we're happy to move your Spotlight to another open month instead.

Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
